Most organisations in today's workplace have embraced a CODE OF CONDUCT as part of core values for staff to abide by. A key component is respect for each other in the workplace and treating everyone with courtesy, without harassment and behaving with integrity.

Working with other people can be inspiring but sometimes difficult or even uncomfortable. Especially when encountering co-workers who do not appear to have the same values or behave in a way that most of us see as basic courtesy, manners, integrity or even honesty. And worse still, harassment of any kind including sexual harassment, bullying and cultural slur. In this video, viewers will learn how powerful mutual respect can be in the workplace and how respect for each other is fundamental to a harmonious, productive and rewarding work environment.

Our main character, a middle level supervisor appears guilty of acts of disrespect towards others, yet defends acts of disrespect in relation to cultural differences. His manager illustrates desired responses, deals with issues and is an upholder of core values.
